Pastor Lacy Gay and his wife Carrie have been members of Ridgecrest for 6 years. They have four children and 13 grandchildren. Pastor Lacy and his wife retired as Postmasters of the US Postal Service.  He served as a member of the US Army National Guard for eight years, attended Strayer University where he studied Leadership and Business Management Courses and attended The Advanced Leadership Academy with the US Postal Service.

The Lord has blessed Pastor Lacy with many talents. He has served as a Deacon and Chairman of Deacons from 2011-2014 and sings in the Choir. He was called to the Gospel Ministry in 2014 and was Licensed to Preach that same year. He was appointed as the Associate Pastor of Ridgecrest in October 2015.

On September 11th 2016 he was ordained as Pastor of Ridgecrest Baptist Church and continues serving his Lord, his congregation and the community

"I believe in The Gospel of Jesus Christ". The Bible is clear as Romans 10:14 states “And how shall they hear without a preacher.”
